Choose a puppy for the Georgia home and workweek you actually have. Compare the individual puppy’s care needs, the person raising it, the records available and the arrangements for bringing it home. A breed name or a nearby listing cannot answer all of those questions.
Sage Puppies is Cassie Milar’s South Jordan, Utah program, offering Havanese, Havapoo and Cavapoo puppies. Georgia families considering Sage should plan for an out-of-state match and a confirmed Utah pickup or delivery arrangement. Sage does not have a Georgia facility.
Sage’s general puppy purchase range is $3,500–$4,500. Each listing has the puppy’s exact price; guardian arrangements and travel costs are separate. Review Pricing & Reservation and How It Works before making plans.

Turn your Georgia address into a daily care plan
For an Atlanta-area commute, write down the time between leaving home and returning, including delays. Identify the adult who can provide care while you are away. In a condo or apartment, walk the route from the puppy’s resting space to the permitted potty area and check building rules before reserving.
A suburban yard gives you another place to supervise a puppy; it does not replace time for feeding, companionship and training. In a coastal home, add a backup caregiver and an alternate place to stay if ordinary routines are disrupted. Georgia’s pet-preparedness guidance recommends planning for pets and having essential supplies ready. Confirm that the actual destination accepts your puppy.
Use the Georgia daily-care guide to turn those ideas into a workweek plan you can discuss with the breeder. Include your household’s quiet periods, visitors, children, other pets and the care you can reliably provide.
Compare the three breeds through individual puppies
Havanese: ask about parent size, this puppy’s social behavior and the coat-care routine you will need to continue. Confirm what the puppy already knows about handling and settling, and what you will need to teach.
Havapoo: discuss both Havanese and Poodle parent backgrounds, expected adult size and the individual coat. A mix label is not a guarantee of an exact size, shedding level or activity pattern.
Cavapoo: review the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle backgrounds, relevant parent records and the puppy’s needs. Start with the breed page’s current listings or its honest waitlist route, rather than assuming every breed is available.
Across all three, ask how the puppy responds to ordinary household activity and what support it needs to rest comfortably. Discuss allergy concerns with the appropriate professional; a low-shedding label does not establish compatibility. Use the actual parents, records and puppy observations when comparing your options.
Check the seller and the records behind the listing
For Georgia-based options, the Georgia Department of Agriculture’s Pets resource links its license search for pet dealers, shelters and kennel businesses. Ask which license applies to the actual seller and premises, then compare the record with the name on your agreement. Licensing questions about an out-of-state sale or placement should be resolved with the relevant authority.
A license record is one part of the review. Ask who bred and raised the puppy, how its identity is recorded, what veterinary care is documented and which parent records can be shared. Review the actual documents and any limitations, rather than treating “healthy” or “family raised” as the complete answer.
Review Sage’s evidence and written arrangements
Read Sage’s program, health-testing information and health-guarantee terms. Ask which information applies to the puppy you are considering. Review written reservation and travel arrangements before sending money or booking your own trip.
The Georgia homecoming guide covers the full pickup/delivery budget, responsibilities and current entry checks. Once the puppy and your care plan fit, apply to share your preferences and timing or ask Sage a specific question. You can also return to Puppy Guides by State.
