Important reservation expectations.
Before payment, review the current policies and the written details for your reservation. If a signed agreement conflicts with the general policies, the agreement controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Applying or joining a waitlist does not, by itself, reserve a puppy or placement position.
- A reservation requires Sage Puppies to accept your deposit and provide written confirmation of what is being held.
- Your deposit counts toward the purchase price except where your written terms specify otherwise. Confirm the amount before paying.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable after acceptance and confirmation. Review the policy’s exceptions, cancellation provisions, and deadlines before payment.
- Transfer requests are considered individually and require written approval; a transfer is not guaranteed.
- The invoice, confirmation, or agreement sets the remaining balance deadline and payment method. Required payment and paperwork must be complete before pickup or delivery.
