1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting SagePuppies.com, submitting a form, contacting Sage Puppies, applying for a puppy, joining a waitlist, placing a reservation, making a payment, or otherwise interacting with our website or program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website, submit an application, place a deposit, or continue with a reservation until your questions have been answered.

2. About Sage Puppies

Sage Puppies is a boutique puppy program based in South Jordan, Utah. We focus on thoughtfully raised Havanese, Havapoo, and Cavapoo puppies for families locally and nationwide.

Our website provides information about our puppies, breed pages, application process, pricing and reservation steps, delivery and pickup options, program policies, and related puppy-care resources.

3. Website information and permitted use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including learning about Sage Puppies, reviewing available puppies or upcoming litters, submitting an application, asking questions, and reviewing our policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but puppy availability, pricing, timing, litter plans, go-home windows, delivery options, photos, and policy details may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a reservation, guarantee, approval, or binding sale by itself.

You agree not to rely solely on website content before making a reservation or payment. Please review the puppy-specific written confirmation, invoice, agreement, health guarantee, deposit terms, and delivery or pickup instructions that apply to your situation.

4. Applications, waitlists, and approval

Submitting an application or waitlist request does not guarantee approval, placement, a specific puppy, a specific litter position, a specific breed, or a specific go-home date. Applications help us understand your home, timing, preferences, experience, and whether a Sage Puppies match may be appropriate.

Sage Puppies may approve, decline, pause, or discontinue an application or reservation conversation at our discretion, including when we believe a placement may not be the right fit for the puppy, the family, timing, location, communication, safety, or program capacity.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old or must have a parent or legal guardian complete the application and agreement process.

5. Puppy reservations, deposits, and written confirmations

A puppy is not reserved by viewing a listing, submitting an application, sending a message, having a conversation, or expressing interest. A reservation is confirmed only when Sage Puppies accepts the applicable deposit or payment and provides written confirmation.

Deposits, reservation payments, remaining balances, decision deadlines, transfer requests, cancellations, delivery costs, pickup timing, and refunds are handled according to the written confirmation, invoice, puppy agreement, and applicable policy.

Unless your written agreement states otherwise, deposits are generally applied toward the total puppy purchase price. Deposits may be non-refundable or only refundable in limited circumstances, as explained in the applicable written terms and our Deposit & Refund Policy.

6. Pricing, availability, and puppy details

Puppy pricing, deposits, availability, litter timing, included items, and delivery or pickup options may vary by puppy, breed, size estimate, coloring, timing, location, and current program details. Website pricing is informational unless confirmed in writing for a specific puppy or reservation.

Photos, videos, descriptions, temperament notes, size estimates, coat descriptions, color descriptions, and training or socialization notes are provided to help families make informed decisions. They are not guarantees of adult size, adult coat, shedding level, allergy compatibility, temperament, trainability, behavior, or future health.

Puppies are living animals, and development can change over time. Sage Puppies may update availability, descriptions, pricing, and timing as new information becomes available.

7. Health, veterinary information, and no veterinary advice

Sage Puppies may provide information about parent dogs, puppy wellness care, age-appropriate records, go-home guidance, health guarantee expectations, first vet visit recommendations, food transition, grooming, training foundations, and general puppy care.

This information is not veterinary advice and does not replace care from your licensed veterinarian. Families are responsible for establishing veterinary care, following their veterinarian’s recommendations, and continuing appropriate wellness care after go-home.

Any health guarantee is governed by the written health guarantee provided for the specific puppy or transaction. No website statement should be interpreted as a promise that a puppy will never experience illness, injury, genetic concerns, parasites, behavior issues, or other health-related conditions.

8. Delivery, pickup, and travel coordination

Sage Puppies works with families in Utah and across the country. Local pickup may be available by appointment in the South Jordan, Utah area. Delivery may be available depending on the puppy, timing, location, weather, transportation availability, health readiness, and other practical considerations.

Delivery, flight nanny service, ground transportation, health certificates, travel crates, delivery supplies, or related travel costs may be separate from the puppy price unless clearly included in writing. Travel-related fees may become non-refundable once scheduled, paid, or committed to a third-party provider.

A puppy may not leave Sage Puppies’ care until the required paperwork is complete, the applicable balance has been paid according to the agreed terms, and Sage Puppies confirms the puppy is ready for pickup or delivery.

9. Communications, email, phone, and SMS

When you submit a form, application, call request, waitlist request, or other communication, you authorize Sage Puppies to contact you using the information you provide. This may include email, phone, text message, form notifications, appointment reminders, reservation updates, puppy availability updates, delivery or pickup coordination, and customer service messages.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP where supported, and you may request help by replying HELP where supported.
