Start with your ordinary weekday

Map the hours when an adult can provide meals, bathroom breaks, supervision and quiet rest. A Seattle-area commute, a Spokane shift or a remote-work meeting can interrupt that plan. Identify who can step in when the main caregiver is delayed, and check that the person is actually available.
