Read the written terms to understand what is included, payment timing and what happens if the placement changes. An old screenshot or another family’s experience cannot establish your puppy’s price or terms. Add the initial setup and confirmed travel costs as separate lines. Then list recurring expenses such as food, veterinary care, grooming, training and paid care when needed. Mark the source and date of each quote and whether it is an estimate or confirmed charge.
