Ask your veterinarian about your puppy rather than relying on one temperature, coat type or number of minutes. Prepare towels and a cleanup place by the entry. Keep the route and cleanup supplies ready before opening the door. Plan suitable indoor play, training and quiet rest, with another adult able to help when your schedule changes. These household arrangements are practical planning suggestions, not a claim that winter gear makes any outing safe. ## Settle the receiving plan before reserving Confirm who will receive the puppy and who can help if travel or access changes.
